Stayed 4 nights and for just a little over $100AUD per night this hotel was fantastic! Great location on the quieter part of walking street in District 1 and easy to get around. Great street food and restaurants all around. Very friendly concierge who always had a smile and a lovely clean pool to return to after a day of exploring (had it to ourselves every day). Rooms were a decent size for 4 and whilst we did not have a window we didn't spend enough time in the rooms for this to be a bother and we knew this when booking. Also very quiet in the rooms despite being "amongst" it. Rooms were very clean and restocked with water daily

We got the room we saw in the online picture ( Unlike many in Vietnam ) Very spacious room, comfortable beds and furniture. The Hotel is being renovated floor by floor by the looks of it, but the noise is minimal and they work 8 - 5. Our room was an older style and still had the shower over the bath but everything was clean and well serviced. Breakfast had plenty of food options in an airconditioned room but could be very busy and food and plates etc would take awhile to be replenished. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially at reception. Great location and we would stay again anytime.

Excellent location, right in the heartbeat of District 1. The main street across the hotel is full of buzz and people at night Working distance to Saigon Center/Takashimaya, Saigon Square,Bitexco Financial Tower, Opera House, Vincom center, BNe Thanh Market. Breakfast was decent and had a modest variety of food, though not much changes throughout the week but adequate for a quick morning meal

To summarize: 1. Buffet is great but some food with flour is hard to eat 2. Room is nice with good staff in housekeeping 3. Staff in reception - is well informed except the old man in left side counter foreign exchange is not friendly, not accommodating and no respect to the customer . Not a cheerful one. A big hotel like yours should have a staff or manager who is friendly

It was an excellent place to spend time in Saigon. Convenient and easy to get around and enjoy the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they are always willing to help. I would recommend you stay here and we will be booking again when we come back to Saigon.
